Established UK beauty, aesthetics, nail, hair and laser training providers delivering funded qualifications — typically through the Advanced Learner Loan facility or other recognised funding routes. You need approved courses with confirmed start dates and available capacity.

What counts as an enrolled learner?

Accepted Answer

A learner who has been screened for initial eligibility, booked a registration appointment, attended that appointment, completed the necessary documentation and been confirmed on your course. Not a raw enquiry, not a survey completion — a real enrolment.

How is Sarum Digital different from a marketing agency?

Most agencies deliver impressions, clicks or leads and leave the rest to your team. We build and manage the entire process from advertising through to registration attendance — including follow-up, screening, booking, reminders and reporting. What does one provider per area mean?

Accepted Answer

Sarum Digital will not run campaigns for competing providers targeting the same geography and qualification. If you deliver Level 3 Beauty in Birmingham and we are already working with another provider there for the same course, we will be upfront about it.

Can I use the system with my own website enquiries?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The screening, follow-up and booking system works for any lead source. If someone enquires through your website, a Facebook DM or a referral, they can enter the same pipeline and receive the same structured follow-up.
